The emerging agentic economy has posed a disruption to the Global System Integrator (GSI) and consulting industry that has not truly been experienced since the turn of the millennium, with the decoupling of the Big 4 audit and advisory firms. The era of AI is fundamentally changing both how enterprise customers operate and, more critically, what they expect from their technology partners of choice.
