Rachel Brindley leads the Omdia global channels segment, overseeing the business strategy and execution. She has extensive experience managing multinational teams, delivering global projects, and working closely with clients across regions. Rachel also previously led Canalys’ sustainable channels analysis research program.
Rachel joined Canalys, now part of Omdia, in 2000, where she spent over two decades in various leadership roles before transitioning to Omdia. Earlier in her career, she was a researcher for JBA, providing competitive intelligence on the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software market, and worked at Brite Voice Systems in Wiesbaden, Germany.
Rachel graduated with honors in European studies and German from the University of East Anglia. She is fluent in German and proficient in French.
